Propagationand Control Model of Public Opinions with Latent Period

报告内容简介：

TheInternet has become the major battlefield of opinions competition and the hotspot concerned by public, and the individuals decide whether propagate theopinion or not, based on judgments on the Internet public opinions. In thispaper, the propagation of internet public opinions after the emergency occursis studied based on system dynamics. To overcome the limit of traditionalmethods of the static decision problem, a dynamic optional objective based onthe maximum social utility is established and the optimal solution is obtainedby using the Pontryagin maximum principle. Compared with traditional controlmethod, dynamic optimal control method has the obvious superiority in modeling.Based on the above generalizations, the paper presents some strategies foruncertain information spreading and puts forward theoretical basis foremergency decision-making.
