2017年11月4日18:30~21:00，安工大管工•危机管理与决策科学研究中心（CMDS-Center）按照研究中心的工作计划和日程安排在汇文楼B104室（管工学院会议室）举办了题为“Themodelling of information evolution with random petri net”的学术交流活动。报告由王伟康（指导教师：王治莹）主讲，研究中心负责人王治莹副教授主持，学院胡晓晨、赵李丽、王伟等研究生及程子涵、程婷等本科生参加了本次学术交流活动。

Emergencies usually cause public opinioncommunication events, and the phenomenon of information alienation often existsin public opinion communication events, which has seriously affected people'snormal life. Through multi-case study and structured description method, theattributes of information alienation of emergency are extracted. On this basis,a stochastic Petri net model of emergency information evolution is developedwith random Petri net. Further, the equivalent markov chain model isconstructed according to the isomorphism relationship between random Petri netand markov chain. Finally, the incident of Limin irradiation factory in Henanprovince is taken as an example to simulate the different status of eventinformation alienation, and to analyze the equilibrium and change rule. Inaddition, some countermeasures and suggestions has been put forward.

本次交流活动是安工大管工•危机管理与决策科学研究中心（CMDS-Center）的日常学术活动之一，旨在培育管理科学与工程学科发展的特色方向、搭建广阔的学术交流共享平台及培养学生发现问题、分析问题和解决问题的能力。
