The modelling ofinformation evolution with random petri net

报告内容简介：

Emergenciesusually cause public opinion communication events, and the phenomenon ofinformation alienation often exists in public opinion communication events,which has seriously affected people's normal life. Through multi-case study andstructured description method, the attributes of information alienation ofemergency are extracted. On this basis, a stochastic Petri net model ofemergency information evolution is developed with random Petri net. Further,the equivalent markov chain model is constructed according to the isomorphismrelationship between random Petri net and markov chain. Finally, the incidentof Limin irradiation factory in Henan province is taken as an example to simulatethe different status of event information alienation, and to analyze theequilibrium and change rule. In addition, some countermeasures and suggestions hasbeen put forward.
